Schezwan pasta

Boil the pasta on medium flame, half boiled. Pour 1-2 spoons oil so that pasta don't sticks together. After boiling properly take down the kadhai and wash the pasta with normal water and keep aside.

Cut the vegetables according to your choice. Take the non-stick fry pan, pour 2-3 spoons of oil and do the flame high. Fry all the veggies at high flame so they don't becomes softer. Add all the sauces and mix it well.

Add the pasta and tossed it well and use to cook for 2 minutes. Your schezwan pasta is ready.
