Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 poundbeyond beef, thawed
  • 1/2onion, diced
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1/2steel cut oats
  • 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoonsVegan Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoonsCoffee Garlic Seasonings
  • 2eggs
  • Meatloaf Sauce
  • 1/2 cupCatsup
  • 1 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  • 1 teaspoondry mustard
  • 1 tablespoonmushroom broth
  • 1 teaspoonVegan Worcestershire

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep ingredients while waiting for the oven to beep.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and blend with your hands, squeezing and turning mixture over and over untill a nice consistency is established.

  3. 3

    Transfer everything to a loaf pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. (Excuse my dirty oven.)

    In a small mixing bowl blend all the ingredients for the sauce together and spread over the meat loaf. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Let stand for 5-10 minutes to cool. Slice and serve. Best with roasted veggies or mashed potatoes/cauliflower.
