Marinate chicken Wings with salt, vinegar, flour, cornflour, black pepper,chilli powder, garlic powder and paprika.

Soak for 1-2 hours.Deep fry the chicken Wings.

Method for sauce:Melt the butter in a pan.Add chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, vinegar, brown sugar and spring onions

Give it a quick stir and add fried chicken Wings to the sauce and mix well.
