Ingredients

Potatoes (fried fries)
1 tbspChopped garlic
1 tbspChopped ginger
1 tspChopped green chillies
1 tbspLemon juice
For balochi masala:
1 tspSalt
1 tspBlack salt
1 tspKhatai powder
1 tspDry meethi
1 tbspChilli flakes
1 tspRoasted coriander
1 tspRoasted cumin
Mix all together

In a pan add 1 tbsp oil add garlic ginger chillies and saute.

Add fries and prepare balochi masala saute well for few mins and lemon juice on top and serve hot
