Espinacas con Garbanzos(Spanish Chickpea Stew)

Wash and roughly chopped the spinach and boil the kabuli chana along with salt.

In a vessel add 1 tbsp of Olive oil. Add the spinach and let the water dry. Once it's smoky and the water dries up remove the palak.

In the same vessel add 2 tbsp of oil, add roughly chopped garlic and onions and sauté well.

Now add cumin powder and cayenne and then the tomato puree and mix well.

Mix well and add Chana to it. Now add spinach to it and then add palak to it.

Add salt and black pepper powder.

Mix well. Add lemon juice and serve immediately.

This is a side dish so can have along with garlic bread or also with white rice.
