Ingredients

  • 1big brinjal
  • 4-5onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2green chilies for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the brinjal on the low flame for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    After some time clean the brinjal and keep a side

  3. 3

    Take a pan and fry the onions and tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add spices to taste

  5. 5

    Add clean brinjal

  6. 6

    Ready to serve hot and garnish the chillies
