250 gstrawberry
4 tspsugar
100 mlwater

Rinse strawberries with water and cut into desired consistency

Add strawberries into pan add sugar and 100ml of water allow to cook on high heat until soft, give it a light mash and lower heat allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes and serve when chilled

Served mine with a pineapple sorbet
