Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • Halfcup sliced cooked hotdogs
  • Halfcup sliced cooked ham
  • Halfcup sliced cooked chorizo if available or luncheon meat
  • 1whole garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1big bowl cooked rice
  • 4 tablespoonbutter
  • Green peas (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Scramble eggs

  2. 2

    Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a wok and pour eggs. Stir and cook until barely set. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté garlic, hotdogs, ham, chorizo and green peas in butter then add the egg and pour to cooked rice and stir thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste

  4. 4

    Enjoy!
