Ingredients

2 1/2 cupsgrated carrot
2 cupswheat flour
1 cupsugar
2 tspbaking soda
2 tspcinnamon
1 1/2 cupscooking oil
4eggs
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspvanilla

Steps

In a bowl mix your grated carrots sugar and eggs, then add your oil and vanilla
2

Sift your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt)then add to the carrot mix and mix
3

Bake in a preheated oven at 180degres celcius for 25-30mins
