This is an extremely simple recipe, and can be enjoyed with dry or wet accompaniments as you like. The major ingredients used in this recipe are - SPINACH AND COTTAGE CHEESE. One of my favorites, I feel like this is an ideal fritters based chaat as there is too less quantity of besan in comparison to other fritters. And I love adding cheese to this, as it gives a melting twist to these crispy fritters. Give it a try, and I am sure you will like this!

Let's have a look at the ingredients used!

Firstly we will prepare the besan batter with adding all the spices. Make sure it's lump free.

Now dip palak leaves, one by one in the batter. Coat it completely and deep fry it in hot oil from both sides stirring occasionally until it turns crisp and golden.

Fry all the palak leaves like this. And drain these off to remove the excess oil.

Now arrange these palak leaves on the plate or serving platter.

Pour yoghurt, coriander chutney and tamarind chutney one after other.

Then sprinkle chat masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder and some salt.

Now top it with sev, chopped onion, tomato and grated cottage cheese. Pour some chopped cilantro leaves on it.

And finally, your palak fritters chaat or palak patta chaat is ready to be served! Enjoy.
