Chickpeas dahi Bara stuffed with peanuts

Soaked chickpeas overnight. Grind chikpeas finely along with ginger green chilli, and Hing.

For filling - dry fruit, peanuts,ginger, green chilli- green coriander. Chop all the things

Now take a wet cloth and put on a flat surface, take one Tablespoon paste of chickpeas and put it on cloth flat and put filling of peanuts and dry fruits and make a shape of Gujhiya. Now deep fry all the dahi bare in the same way

Now take a bowl of water add a pinch of hing and black salt in it and add all the dahi bare in this bowl and soak for 10 minutes. Now squeeze all the dahi bare

Now take whipped curd add salt, roasted cumin powder chat masala red chilli powder and add all the squeezed dahi bare in it. Now sprinkle these all on dahi Bara and imli chutney. Now u can serve this delicious dahi Bara.
