Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbGround Beef
  • 1/2Onion
  • 1/2 tbspGarlic Powder
  • 1 canred kidney beans
  • 1 canrotel mild 10oz
  • 1 cantomato sauce 8oz
  • 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbspchili powder (add more to taste)
  • 4 tbspcumin (add more to taste)
  • 1 tbspchipotle powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tbspsalt (add to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef (add salt to beef)

  2. 2

    Add beef, tomatoes/sauce, onions, beans, rotel, spices. simmer in 2qt sauce pan

  3. 3

    Add spices and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Cook at least 25 minutes
