Sear beef on all sides for about 4 minutes each side.

Place beef, 2 cups of beef broth, and seasonings in a Crock-Pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Pull apart beef, I used tongs.

Cut Hawaiian rolls in half. Place beef in rolls with swiss cheese. Eat as is or put in toaster oven to melt the cheese and toast the roll.
