Steps

Chop onions and Chop bhindis and keep aside.

In a pan take some oil and saute bhindi for 5 to 7 mins on high flame and then keep aside.

In the same pan take some oil, add chopped onions and saute till slightly colour changes. Add bhindi to it.Then add salt and all masalas then cover it and cook on low flame.

Then bhindi is ready to Serve hot with rotis.
