Marinate chicken fillet with ginger garlic paste, black pepper, red pepper, salt, soya sauce for 3 to 4 hours.
In a large bowl add flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, and chicken cube. - 2
Mix well
In a bowl take chilled water
Take a fillet, coat it in flour mixture then dip in cold water then again coat in flour. Repeat the process 2 times, first flour then water then flour then water then flour. Coat it well and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
For zinger spread butter on both sides and toast a little on a fry pan. Spread chilli garlic or ketchup on one side and mayo garlic on another side. Put lettuce then chicken piece, cheese slice and some shredded cabbage. - 3
Served with Fries 💟Crispy Zinger Burgers are ready 💞
