Ingredients

15 macaroons
  1. 70 gsugar
  2. 84 gpowdered sugar
  3. 92 galmond powder
  4. 70 gegg whites

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg whites in bowl

  2. 2

    Add sugar gradually, around 1/3 at a time, beat until stiff peaks

  3. 3

    Sift all dry ingredients into eggs and sugar

  4. 4

    Gently fold with spatula until mixture is like lava

  5. 5

    Place parchment paper on pan and pipe macaroon batter in small circles
