Fried Irish potatoe with vegetable Sauce

Peel and wash the Irish potatoes, put it in to colander and put little salt. Fry in hot oil and keep aside

Chop or dice the onions, red bell pepper, carrots and green beans. Set your oil on fire, put the onions and gently fry a little then add the pepper with the seasoning with little water just few drops then add the vegetables and cook for 5minutes.
