Ingredients

  • 1 cupcake flour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3 tablespoonssugar
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift the flour, baking powder and salt

  2. 2

    Add the sugar and vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Add milk and egg. Beat for a minute.

  4. 4

    Leave to settle for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Use a thawa to toast crumpets.

  6. 6

    Serve as desired. Cinnamon and sugar is an all time fav 😃
