Make rose syrup using sugar&rose petal on boiling method.Add 2 drop rose essence.Boil tapioca for same time till they become little tender.Do not get mashy.T ake a dessert glass apply rose syrup on the wall and kerp in freezer for some time.

Now blend coconut milk tea in blender with crushed ice.

Take out the glass put tapioca bubbles add the blended coconut tea mix garnish with tapiica pearls &walnuts.

Enjoy this bubble tea using a thick straw so that the bubbles or Sagoare also sucked through Ive.
