Steps

In ghee add sooji and stir on low flame till light pink colour.

Keep water to boil and add sugar and boil it.

Once it boils add the syrup to the rawa, and add mango pulp and mix well.

Mix and cook till the the sheera dries up.

Add saffron strands 3-4 and mix well to get a beautiful colour to the sheera.

Serve with dryfruits and garnish and mango scoops.
