Marinate chicken in all the above ingredients and rest for 1 hr..
Now Fry this chicken..dont over fry..just light fry until it turn golden.take out chicken.. - 2
Now u need,
Ginger crushed 2 tbsp (bhar ke) hand crushed..it will give real aroma to ur food..
Button red chilli 3-4 (just make a cuts in it)
Red/green chillis.. Finely crushed 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 3-4 tbsp
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Salt according to taste. - 3
Now take a oil.. Add ginger crushed,red button chilli's and green chilli's..fry until aroma comes.. Now add chicken and all sauces...
In the end add veggies.
Onion (green) cut white part in cubes.
Capscium 1 cut in cubes.Ready to serve..!

For Fried rice : fry egg in little oil then add carrots, black pepper, salt and add boiled rice mix it well.. now your rice are ready 💟
