Fruit cocktail tin 1 large
1/4 cupRaisins
1/4 cupWalnuts
3 tbspMayo
1 tbspCream
Castor sugar 1 tsp(optional)
Lettuce to garnish

In a bowl mix mayo, cream and sugar together.

Drain the fruit cocktail tin; take out cherry halves from it.

In a bowl add in fruit cocktail, raisins and walnuts. Pour the dressing and mix everything.

Put over a bed of lettuce and decor with cherry halves.
