Liver is one of my favorite protein. It is so easy to process and also yummy. It gives that additional taste to my dish. I enjoy adding liver to my dishes especially fried rice.

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the liver with salt. Grind cloves, black pepper, fresh ginger and garlic, powdered ginger, scotch bonnet, salt, seasoning cubes together and marinade for atleast 2 hours.

    Arrange the marinated liver on meat sticks.

  3. 3

    Grill for 20-25minutes. You can enjoy this grilled liver alone or you can add to your jollof or fried rice.
