Ingredients

6 person
  • Chicken 1kg cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cupOnion ground
  • 2 tbspTamarind pulp
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 1-1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspCrushed red chilli
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce
  • 2 tbspChilli garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cupLemon juice
  • 1/4 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with all above ingredients except oil for 4 hours. Add half cup water and cook on slow flame till chicken tender and water dries. Lastly add oil and fry chicken pieces. Grill and give dam of coal. Serve.
