Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupPeanuts
  2. 1 1/4 cupSugar
  3. 1 tblslemon juice
  4. 1 tblsoil
  5. 1/2 tspoil for greasing tray

Cooking Instructions

    Crush peanuts by rubbing hands.

    Heat up shuger in dry pot (dont use non stick pan).

  3. 3

    When sugar became caramelized then add peanuts, oil and lemon juice. Give good mix. (Dont touch with hands)

    Spread caramelized peanuts on greased tray after a min cut mark with knife and let it cool for 10 min.

    Keep it in air tight jar and enjoy up to a month.
