Microwave Peanut Brittle Microwave Peanut Brittle
My dad LOVES Peanut Brittle. So, since my mom passed, he hasn’t had any “homemade from scratch”, he doesn’t care for the ‘store bought stuff’. He said, it’s okay for the folks that don’t know the difference. The stinker! So, I set off to find a good recipe and stumbled across this one. It passed with flying colors. I hope y’all enjoy it as much as he has. Sonya Bankester -
