It’s a traditional dish and I have started tasted this from my childhood and healthy too.
Steps

Rub the coconut whole in a hard surface to remove the coconut fiber on the coconut shell.
Remove the remaining fiber on the shell with the knife.
Make a small hole in the top of the coconut.
Drain the coconut water in the bowl and keep aside. - 2
Sauté moong dal until it gets golden brown.
Sauté black sesame seed for two minutes.
Grind roasted gram,sautéed moong dal and black sesame seeds together for three minutes. - 3
Add crushed jaggery and the salt with the mixture of roasted gram,moong dal and black sesame seeds and mix it well to get all the ingredients mixed.

Add the mixture in to the coconut through the whole.
Use sharp stick to fill the coconut with the mixture.
In between pour required coconut water to get the mixture in thick paste like. - 5
Insert the bamboo stick in the hole of the coconut tightly to hold it the flame.
Hold the coconut in the gas stove flame five to ten minutes till the crack appears on the coconut shell.
Allow it to cool for ten minutes.
Cut the coconut in to small pieces and serve.
