Boil the milk in a pan. once it comes to boil, slowly add lime juice and keep stirring till milk curdles, then take it off the stove. Let it rest for 4 to 5mins.

Strain the curdled milk in muslin cloth & immediately wash it under cold running water to remove all the traces of lime juice, squeeze the muslin cloth. leave it for 20 mins to drain water completely.

Take the Chena(paneer) in a bowl or plate and mash it with the hands till it becomes soft.

In non stick pan take strawberries, 1 tbsp. sugar & water. Cook it on medium flame till strawberries are soft & the sauce gets thick, keep it cool.

Add 1 tbsp powdered sugar, thick cream,cardamom powder, and prepared strawberry sauce in the Chena. Mix well.
Take this mixture in strawberry sauce pan and cook on low heat, and stir continuously, till the mixture starts leaving the pan and is thickened like a soft dough consistency. do not over heat. - 6
Make small balls from the Chena mixture, press a bit like small peda shape than press bit with the help of finger in the center and put some strawberries sauce

Decorate serving plate with strawberry sauce and strawberries slices Served chilled.
