Make a paste of dates. In a pan add ghee, date paste, chopped dry fruits and shake for 2 minutes.

Make a Diya from to it.

For rabri : in a pan add ghee and milk. milk is boil then add custard powder (in one tbsp milk add Custard powder), nutmeg powder, peanuts butter and sugar. cook till constituency become thick.

For bati : in coconut powder add vanilla essence, orange colour and few drops rabri. Mix it well. Serve with Diya.
