Ingredients

  • Chicken 1kg cut in to 12 pieces
  • For chicken marination
  • 4 tbspLemon juice
  • 2 tbspBrown onion chopped
  • 1 tspGreen chillies chopped
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 tspAll spice
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • pinchZarda colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with above all ingredients for 3 hours. Then steam the chicken for 45 minutes or till chicken tender. Serve with French fries, salad and chutney.
