Ingredients

  1. Wrapper:
  2. 1pck/roll baklava or gilash sheets
  3. Fillings mixture:
  4. 1 3/4 cupwater
  5. 1/2 cupsemolina
  6. 5 tbspnmilk powder
  7. 5 tbspnsugar
  8. 2 tbspncorn flourp
  9. Additional ingredient:
  10. 1pck thick cream or 1/2 cup thick cream
  11. Garnish:
  12. Sugar syrul/condensed milk
  13. Pistachio nut powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the fillings mixture in the cooking lot. Bring in the fire to cook. Stir until become sticky. Then put in bowl and keep it to cool.
    Then mix it with thick cream.

    Prepare the baklavah sheets. Cut the baklava sheet like in the picture down.

    Make paste. (Flour and water).
    It is used to close tha edge of baklava so that it will not open.

    Get 1 pc of baklava leaves, then put half spoon of filling. Fold side by side then roll it. Wipe little bit paste at the edge then close it.

    Make hot oil, then fry in a low fire.
    You need to slow the fire so that i side will cook also and become crunchy and lightly brown.

  6. 6

    Remove fron oil, put in sugar syrup or condensed milk or whatever you want.
    Decorate with pistachio nuts powder.

I love making different kinds of food,.I'm not a professional chief but i had a knowledge for cooking.And i learned all this thru my hobby to search and discover some kind of foods..😊😊😊😍😍😍But most of my foods are Arabic foods,,and i don't have Filipino food but doesn't mean i dont know how to cook Filipino food..
