Ingredients

1 cupGreen papaya julienne
5Garlic pods
3green chillies
5 tbspJaggery
5 tbspLemon juice
3 tbspSoya sauce
1Tomato medium
3-4Long beans
3 tbspRoasted peanuts

Steps

In a mortar, pound garlic and chilli.

Add Jaggery, lemon juice and soya sauce and mix.

Now add tomato, long beans- and slightly crush.

In a mixing bowl add papaya julienne, above dressing, little salt and mix.

Now add peanuts to it and mix. Serve on a plate.
