Ingredients

1 bottle
  • 6 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tablespoonavocado oil
  • 3 tablespoonapple cider or wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoonfresh pressed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoonDijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoondry oregano
  • 1 teaspoondry basil
  • 1 teaspoondry minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoondry parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoondry thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoonfresh ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in a glass bottle with plastic or cork cap.

  2. 2

    Use on salads or on cooked vegetables, as any other vinaigrette.

    Shake well before each use.

    Keep refrigerated.
