Deep cuts on whole chicken, take a big bowl add all spices and mix well,then use the mixture on chicken with hand 🖐️ into all cuts very well.

Hold both legs of chicken and tied with any yarn tightly. Keep it in fridge or set a side for 3 hours 🕒.

After 3 hour take a pressure cooker or any other big pot add 3 tbsp oil, keep chicken in it and cover it. Kep on low flame 🔥 for 30-40 mints. But chnge the side after half time.

When chicken steam is done then set a side 10 mints for cool. Take a pan add oil for frying when it's hot put chicken in pan, fry until golden brown. Keep it out, dish out with slad.
