Healthy Palak Besan Dhokla

In a mixing bowl add suji, dahi, palak puree, mix well.

Add ginger paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice.

Add oil, salt, mint powder

Mix well, cover it, keep aside for 20 minutes, in another bowl add besan.

Add dahi, green chilli paste, ginger paste.

Mix it well, cover it, keep aside for 20 minutes.

Grease the mould, add fruit salt in green mixture, mix immediately, pour it in greased mould, tap for 3 to 4 times.

Add fruit salt in besan batter, mix immediately, pour it (with the help of spoon) gently in cake mould on top of green batter.

Heat water in wok, put stand on it, place cake mould on it, cover it, steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame, check it with cake tester, after cooling de mould it.

For tempering- Heat oil in a pan, add sarso when splutter add curry leaves, green chilli saute for 1 minute add coriander leaves,sesame seeds mix gently, switch off the gas. Spread this on the cake.

Healthy Palak dhokla is ready to serve. Cut it in pieces and serve
