Ingredients

  1. 1/4 teaspoonLemon juice
  2. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoonblack salt
  4. 1/8 teaspoonchopped green/red chillies
  5. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1 teaspoonhoney
  7. 1medium Cucumber slised
  8. 1/2 cuppeanut
  9. 1medium onion (chopped)
  10. 1 teaspoonchopped Coriander leaf
  11. 1/4 teaspoonbrown sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large bowl,take all the ingredients and toss them all together.

    Cover the plastic wrap or foil and chill for minimum 2 hours.

    Thai Peanut Salad is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
