First, clean chicken. Then in container, put chicken bay leave, sauf, coriander seeds, 1 tomato, 1onion, zeera, g.g paste, salt,coriander and mint leaves with 2 cups water. Place on low flame, to cook.

As chicken boiled and also yakni ready. Stain out yakni and chicken separately. Now, in another container, heat oil. Fry onion till brown, add yoghurt, g.g paste, remaining tomato. Fry well and then put yakni in it. As yakni came to boil add rice in it.

Rice boiled and yakni is much less, then add the boiled chicken in it. Spread slice lemon, green chillies, brown onion and coriander leaves and mint chopped on top. Keep on Dum, on very low flame. After 5 to 8 minutes.... It's ready. Serve to eat with zeera raita and salad.
