Ingredients

2-3 people

Green unripe mango
leavesCorriander
Long bean (cut)
6 pcscherry tomatoes
2onions (sliced)
2garlics
Bird eye chillies (chopped)
1 handfulunsalted roasted peanut
2 tbspfish sauces
3 tbspmelted brown sugar
1squeezed of lemon juice
Tamarind (optional)
Salt and sugar

Steps

Prepare all the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Put some shredded young mango on a plate.

Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl, don't forget to taste.

Pour the sauce into the mango, garnish with corriander leaves.

If you can't find unripe mangoes, green apples (Granny Smith) make a good substitute.
