Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsBeef. Preferably quick fry steak.
  2. 4 tbspThai Seasoning
  3. 1/2 cupCooking Oil
  4. 1 tspfinely chopped Garlic
  5. Salad
  6. 1Rocket
  7. 1Few leaves of fresh Coriander
  8. 1Cherry Tomatoes
  9. 1Red Onion, sliced
  10. 1Finely juliened Carrot
  11. 1Crispy Noodles
  12. 1 canalso add Capsicum and Mung Bean Sprouts. My daughter wont eat them so have ommited them on this occasion.

Cooking Instructions

    Combine oil, thai seasoning and garlic in a bowl. Slice beef and coat well. Refrigerate over night or for atleast 30 mins.

    Mix together salad ingredients with your choice of dressing. Preferably a vinegarette. I use a mango and chilli dressing. Portion on to plates.

    Heat pan and fry beef until browned but not well done.Place on top of salad. Garnish with extra coriander leaves or noodles. Enjoy.
