Collect the main ingredients first.same cup is used to measure flour and sugar.

Now beat the egg whites with a beater until fluffy and double

Sieve the flour twice.now add in chocolate cut into anyhow pcs and mix.

Add in yolks and beat,one at a time.add sugar and beat too.add little by little sugar while beating

Now add vanilla essence and beat.

Fold in the flour with cut and fold style.pour into a greased sufuria/baking tin of your choice

Bake at 170' for 30 mins.the chocolate is the dark part u can see in the cake

Whip cream and add in dessicated coconut (as per preference). When cake is cool,cut into two parts.cut pineapple PCs into desired PCs for deco.decorate the cake as you like with these.
