Steps

Drain water from urad dal and add in grinder jar and add flattened rice, curd and grind it into smooth paste

Transfer paste into a bowl now add green chillies, ginger, garlic,onion,curry leaves, salt mix them thoroughly

Grease little oil in hands prepare vada of the mix
- 4
Drop them into hot oil and deep fry for 5 mins once they turn golden brown remove from pan
- 5
Poha vada is ready to serve with ketchup
