6 slicesbread
Mayonnaise
4eggs
1/2 cupgrated carrots
3 tbspoil
1 cupchopped cabbage
1/2medium onion, sliced
Red peppers
Green peppers
1tasty cube
Salad cream

Combine eggs, tasty cube, onions and the peppers in a bowl, whisk lightly.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and stirfry the eggs

Stirfry in this manner

In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, salad cream, carrots and cabbage, with little green pepper.

Lay a slice of bread and spread some fried eggs on it

Lay slices of cucumbers too.

Add the cabbage mix and a few onions too.

Cover with another slice of bread and place in a manual hand toaster or an electric sandwich maker And press.

If its this type the edges of the bread cuts off as you press.

Heat it like this.
