Sieve the flour and the dry ingredients together

Mix the blue band in dry ingredients until no lumps

Make a hole at the centre n pour your liquid mixtrue

Knead the flour. When ready cover with clean cloth

Divide your dough into 4 balls

Then spread each ball at a time with a thickness of about 2 inches then using a cup make the circles n a water bottle to make the centre hole

Heat a good amount of your cooling oil

When the oil is hot enough n not very hot, fry to golden brown
- 9
Serve with hot tea or milk
