These are truly budget friendly pancakes as they use no milk. Makes roughly 20, but more water can definitely be added to make the recipe stretch. Having no milk definitely also does not compromise on the taste.

Mix all the ingredients - flour, eggs, water, oil and baking powder together and whisk until smooth.

Lightly coat a hot pan with some oil.

Ladle the pancake batter into the pan. Allow to cook through thoroughly.

Serve with cinnamon sugar, caramel or any other filling as desired. Can also be used with savoury fillings.
