First take chap keep half hour into water, remove sticks, cut into thin slices.

Take a pan, shallow fry all chap pieces.

Take another pan, add great masala, all spices to taste, add malai and water as needed.boil 2..3 minute.

Now add chap mix well.

Ready to serve.
