Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 2 tablespoonsmilk
  3. 2 tablespoonsghee
  4. as per tasteSalt and ground black pepper
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 1capsicum
  8. as neededchopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until they turn a pale yellow colour. Add the milk to the eggs and season to taste with salt and white pepper.

    Add all chopped veggies and whisk well.

  3. 3

    Then add ghee on tawa and add the egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Allow to cook on medium flame.Serve with crisp bread toast.
