    Sab sy pehly cream ko thora sa beat karein phir condensed milk daal ke itna beat karein ke wo fluffy ho jaye.

    Ab is mein food colour mix kar dain aur sath he pistachio b add kar dain.

    Achi tarah mix karein aur phir is mixture ko air tight container mein daal dain..aur isky ooper butter paper lagadain..is sy icecream mein crystals nahi banengy. Overnight ya 8-9 ghanty ke liye freezer mein rakh dain.
