Steps
- 1
Take out the curds in a muslin cloth to remove the excess water. Tie a knot, place it on a sieve and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. That is how you will get thick curds. Take it out in a bowl.
- 2
Now prepare mango purée by chopping a ripe mango. Grind it to a smooth paste & add sugar to it. Grind it once again to mix well.
- 3
Add this purée to the curds along with saffron infused warm milk and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- 4
Add some chopped nuts (dry fruits) to it & garnish with some mango cubes or nuts as per your preference.
