Dahi Baday
Steps

Take 1 cup Mong aata and mash aata and soda, salt, red chilli flakes, bhuna dhaniya and water and make a nice paste.

Heat oil and make baday with spoon. When it turn golden take it out and put them in water.

Beat yougurt with sugar and set a side.
- 4
Squeeze out water and them in beaten yougurt, sprinkle Chaat Masala and enjoy.
