Heat the oil and butter in a cooker add cinnamon, cloves,bay leaf, chopped onion, green chillies, Chopped saute for few minutes add potatoes, green peas, Tomato, ginger garlic paste saute for few minutes add washed and chopped Methi leaves and salt to taste and sugar mix well add washed rice and required amount of water mix well. Close the lid and pressure cook till 2 whistle blower.

Allow to cool, open the lid mix well, serve hot Methi Pulao with raita. For plating and presentation: brush the plate with boiled carrot and Cashew paste, garnish with Curd and vegetables sticks.
